 Owner / Captain Steve Stumpf started professionally guiding Craig Alaska waters 21 seasons ago.  With close to two thousand days on the water, he has been instrumental in finding many of the areas most productive fishing grounds while refining the techniques and tackle used to produce outstanding results.  This knowledge is passed on to our guides through his leadership and commitment to providing a safe, fun, and successful experience for all our guests.

Co-Owner Nanette Stumpf has also provided for the needs of countless fishing lodge customers since 1989.  Her management skills, extensive knowledge and willingness to please provide for the ultimate in customer service.  From the time you wake until you are fast asleep, Nan can be found making sure all your needs are being fulfilled.  Did Imention she loves to fish!

Captain Bob Warren will be returning in 2010 for his 5th season as a guide with Silver Sea Adventures.  Bob has a very unique work ethic...  he gives 100% - 100% of the time.  When you fish with Bob you get his very best every minute of every day.  He loves the outdoors and as a lifelong Craig Alaska resident and Alaskan big game hunting guide he will share stories that are sure to amaze and entertain you.

Captin Rocky Kness will be returning to Silver Sea Adventures for a 3rd season.  Rocky has a love for Alaska like few others.  He retired at a young age and moved to Prince of Wales Island to "live the dream"

His wonderful attitude and personality combined with an uncanny knack for catching fish make him a customer favorite.

Chef Brent Swanson will dazzle you for a 4th straight season as your dinner chef.  Brent has many years experience and his approach to cooking can only be described as a "gift".  You will enjoy wonderful entrees along with fresh salads, and homemade desserts.  Brent aims to please and always hits the mark.

Fishcutters Allan Moore & Taylor Stumpf take special care with your catch. Your fish will be expertly filleted, de-boned, cut into small pieces, packaged in heavy 5 mil bags, vacuum packed and frozen at -10.  Your fish is the last thing you see when you leave Silver Sea Adventures they will make sure it is without equal.
