If you have been to Alaska before you will know that there are a lot of air services that still use Beavers and Otters.  Island Air Express flies a Cessna “950” Grand Caravan which is an instrument rated aircraft.  This gives them the ability to fly when many other aircraft can not due to weather conditions.
